Program Description:

Community Connections is a domestic nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation governed by a Board of Directors to ensure compliance with state law and regulations. Community Connections is licensed as a Child Placing Agency to provide foster and adoptive homes and supportive services for children who are in the temporary legal custody of DFACS in Georgia . Children served are from the ages of newborn to 18 years, and may have a range of emotional, behavioral, medical, and educational needs. Community Connections approves all prospective foster and adoptive parent applicants in accordance with the Georgia Department of Human Resources, Office of Regulatory Services rules and regulations.
