Children servedAll ages (newborns-teenagers). Children with specialized needs, including:

- Emotional and behavioral challenges
- Medically Fragile
- Attend Orientation
- Complete Pre-Service training
- Participate in Home Study
- As foster parents, you provide the love, nurturing, and quality care that is important in assisting children to succeed in their lives.
Orientation and pre-service training
Those interested in foster care will begin by completing an orientation and pre-service training class. The pre-service training class is designed for both foster and adoptive parents and allows participants to determine what type of child(ren) will best suit their family.
Orientations are held each month for prospective foster and adoptive parents to further describe the services offered by Community Connections. Requirements for Foster Parents:- Live in the Metro-Atlanta area
- Be at least 25 years of age
- Be financially self supportive
- Pass a criminal background check
- Complete a medical evaluation
- Provide references
